Dries De Love, Radial’s CEO, will be leading a workshop titled “Outdoor Endurance Sports and Leadership: Lessons from the Trail to the Boardroom.” Dries, who has led Radial Europe since 2019, draws parallels between endurance sports and logistics. He will share invaluable lessons on resilience, incremental improvement, and leadership.

Dries’s workshop will explore how the discipline and dedication required in endurance sports mirror the challenges and triumphs of logistics operations. His personal experiences — both successes and setbacks — will illustrate the importance of perseverance, continuous improvement, and the ability to bounce back stronger from adversity.

Dries De Love leads Radial’s European operations. He is responsible for fulfillment, transportation, customer care and omnichannel technology divisions. Before joining Radial, Dries led his own consultancy business, assisting leading European retailers with their logistics needs. With a wealth of fulfillment experience, Dries also held senior positions at global logistics and port operator, Katoen Natie. Dries earned a Master’s in economic studies from the EHSAL management school and a Master’s in General Management from the Vlerick Business School.

Joakim Garint – Sales Director, Radial Europe. Joakim has an extensive background in direct selling. He has previously served as a Sales Director for Scandinavian markets at companies such as Tupperware and PartyLite. His experience, combined with a robust business-to-business acumen, led him to join Radial. Today, Joakim supports Radial in European direct sales and large ecommerce ventures across the Nordic region.
