Cross-industry inspiration: NN Group visits Radial warehouse
As part of the Nyenrode Business Universiteit Executive Program, Accelerate Your Potential, managers and specialists from NN Group, a major financial organization operating in Europe and Japan, visited Radial’s warehouse in Warsaw. The visit aimed to broaden perspectives, challenge assumptions, and spark innovation by observing strategies outside their own industry. It included a facility tour, a company presentation, and a Q&A session, inspiring new ideas to tackle challenges back at NN Group.
Inside the Warsaw warehouse: an in-depth tour
The NN Group team was divided into three groups for a guided tour of the Radial Poland warehouse, led by Tomasz Okowiak, Jacek Mainka and Karol Wojciechowski. During the tour, they explored Radial’s warehouse operations, observing advanced automation and streamlined workflows in action.
After the tour, Tomasz Okowiak, Warsaw Site Manager, and Jacek Mainka, Business Manager, Radial Europe, presented an overview of Radial and its parent company, bpost. They highlighted Radial’s core business operations and its customized fulfillment approach, which contrasts with other solutions like the multi-user model. The NN team showed particular interest in Radial’s application of the 5S methodology, technological innovations, and client-centered service model.
