Plan options
Vision plan options include the VSP Enhanced Plan, and Basic Plan.
Eligibility
All employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week.
Choice network
Both plans offer in- and out-of-network benefits. You will save more money by staying in-network.
Routine care
Small copay on both Plans for annual exam, and varying allowances provided for frames and lenses. Contact lenses permitted in lieu of frames & lenses on both Plans.
Savings
You will also save more on featured frame brands & additional pairs of glasses and sunglasses. Save on routine retinal screening and laser vision correction.
