Radial offers 4 medical plan options that provide comprehensive benefits. We are partnered with Independence Blue Cross (IBC) and their nationwide National Blue Cross PPO Network for medical and CVS Caremark for prescription drug benefits. In addition to traditional health insurance, your enrollment in a Radial health plan includes no-cost access to a variety of digital health benefits (such as Livongo, Hinge Health and Carrot Fertility).
Plan options
Medical plan options include four comprehensive PPO Plans (one standard PPO plan and three high deductible plan options) that include employer contributions to your Health Savings Account.
Eligibility
All employees regularly scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours per week are eligible for Radial’s benefits.
No-cost virtual care
Radial provides free virtual primary care and free mental health counseling for anyone enrolled in a Radial medical plan.
No-cost preventive care
Radial provides free preventive care for anyone enrolled in any Radial medical plan when using an in- network provider.
Concierge benefits assistance
Radial is partnered with Accolade, which provides personal assistance for your insurance questions.
Active Radial employees
Visit Benefit Express for Enrollment and Plan Information using Radial’s single sign-on or your username and password for the site.
