Eligibility
All employees regularly scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and enrolled in a Radial health plan are eligible for the comprehensive benefits available through Carrot.

Carrot provides support and financial coverage for assisted reproductive technology, such as intrauterine insemination (IUI) and in vitro fertilization (IVF).
Adoption
Adoption can be a lengthy and complex process. Carrot will help you navigate this journey and provide expert guidance every step of the way. Adoption benefits are available to all benefit eligible employees regardless of enrollment in a Radial medical plan.

Gender-Affirming Care
Carrot has experts in this space who can refer an employee or adult dependent also enrolled in a Radial health plan with expert providers and multidisciplinary trans health centers.
