The best part of my job is that every day id different! One thing I’ve learned at Radial is to be comfortable with change. Every day brings on a new challenge and with that a new opportunity to learn and grow.
How long have you been at Radial and how has your career grown since starting?
I’ve been with Radial for 2 years this month! I joined as an Operations Manager, and a year later, I transitioned into the Product Care Manager role. I’m now more focused on the client’s needs in regard to quality, sustainability and overall experience.
Which Radial value inspires you the most and why?
Fun and Collaboration! More than ever, I have been inspired to create a fun and inclusive work culture. With every project, we find a way to add a fun twist! I’m lucky to be part of a highly dedicated team. We spend long hours working together to reach our goals. Why not make it the best experience possible?
What motivates you to come to work each day?
My team! I get to work with an incredibly loyal, hardworking, and fun group of individuals every day. Regardless of the challenge, I have full confidence my team is always there for support!

I’m Mexican, and we love a good celebration! One of our most beautiful traditions is our Dia De Los Muertos where we spend time remembering and celebrating the lives of our friends and family who have passed away. This year, our team built a traditional “ofrenda” which honored the loved ones of our team members.
