Radial Hiring Approximately 7,000 Seasonal Jobs to Support Holiday eCommerce Demand 

KING OF PRUSSIA, PA. – October 1, 2024 – Radial, Inc., a bpostgroup company and the leader in eCommerce solutions, announced plans to hire approximately 7,000 seasonal associates to support the peak holiday season. Each year, Radial confidently scales its workforce at its fulfillment centers during the holiday season to ensure that brands fulfill their promises of exceptional customer experience—from click to delivery. 

With only 27 days between Thanksgiving and Christmas this year, consumers are adjusting their holiday timelines and seeking more control over their delivery experience. In response, Radial is ramping up its workforce to meet increased demand during the shortened 2024 holiday shopping period. The impact of this shift extends beyond the immediate holiday lead-up. According to Radial’s upcoming peak consumer survey, 90% of consumers plan to start their holiday shopping before December 1.

Seasonal associates at Radial’s fulfillment centers will play a crucial role in ensuring that orders are picked, packed, and shipped promptly, helping customers receive their holiday purchases on time. Working with top brands like Calvin Klein, Coyuchi, Hey Dude and others, Radial’s 25 North American fulfillment centers are designed to meet the high demands of the holiday season. Radial not only focuses on fulfilling its click to delivery promise but also invests in resources and training to support associates, ensuring they are equipped to maintain the high standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction during peak times.
