Everyone needs help at times, and the Employee Assistance Program is there for every employee and their family members.

Aetna Resources for Living
Aetna Resources for Living is an employer sponsored program, available at no cost to ALL employees and members of their household. That includes dependent children up to age 26, whether or not they live at home.

Aetna is available 24/7/365 for in-the-moment emotional well-being support.
The help you need
The EAP can help with mental health concerns, relationship issues, grief and loss, substance abuse, childcare, parenting, special needs, caregiver support, general and family law and financial services support.
Counseling sessions
Up to 5 counseling sessions per issue each year at no cost are available. Counseling sessions are available face to face or online with tele video. All services are confidential.
Chat therapy
Chat therapy counseling sessions are available to connect with a counselor via text messaging whenever you like.
