Radial offers a 401(k) Savings Plan through Charles Schwab, one of the largest financial services companies in the US, founded in 1973.
Plan participation
Employees are eligible to participate in the Plan via pre-tax or Roth contributions immediately after their hire date.
Meet your retirement goals
Plan members can meet with a Schwab registered representative annually to help them select the right investments that will help them meet their retirement goals.
Annual savings
Employees can save up to 50% of their eligible pay up to the annual IRS limits.
Company match
The company match begins once an employee has been with Radial for 6 months. All company match contributions are 100% vested immediately.
Education
Schwab provides educational seminars every month, to help Plan participants better understand saving for retirement.
Rollover
The Plan allows you to rollover funds from previous employer plans (dependent on that Plan’s rules), making it easy to keep track of your retirement funds!
