Paid Time Off
Radial offers a generous time off bank for employees to recharge, spend time with friends and family, and to enjoy personal and vacation time away from work duties and responsibilities.
Radial offers a generous time off program. This may include PTO, sick leave, paid family leave and more (specific coverage depends on work location).
Paid time off gives employees a chance to take a break from the daily demands of their job and find time to rest, recharge, and spend time with family and friends.
PTO
PTO is based on length of service, grade level and hours worked per week. PTO can be used for your vacation, sick or personal needs. PTO accrual increases annually until the maximum accrual is met.
Radial Recharge!
Each year Radial will provide one paid “Radial Recharge Day” where operations will pause for the day, to allow for a mental health and wellness break from work.
Community engagement
Radial offers one full day of pay for Community Engagement. Employees can get involved in a non-profit activity in their community, to give back to the community.
Parental leave
Paid parental leave is offered to new parents (up to 6 weeks). Radial is committed to supporting new parents and offers this program after 6 months of employment.
Paid holidays
The company observes 7 paid holidays per year, and 2 floating holidays to be used at your discretion each year.
